This is the most economical way of transferring you and your baggage to your central London address. It costs just £17.00 per person from London Heathrow airport & £22.00 per person from London Gatwick Airport.
The Hotelink service includes airport representatives at each airport terminal to 'meet and greet' travellers directly from their flights. Hotelinks commitment to personal service means that their staff will not just direct passengers to their designated bus stops, but will personally escort them and wait until the minibus departs offering assistance with luggage if possible. Once an inbound reservation has been confirmed Hotelink guarantees to meet and transfer the passengers even if the flight is delayed or indeed rescheduled. Should reserved passengers fail to make themselves known, their representative will arrange for announcements to be made in the appropriate terminal building. For Transfers to and from Gatwick airport only. You will be meet from your flight by a Hotelink representative. Assisted with your luggage to the Gatwick Express train (Hotelink have a dedicated carriage on the train) and sit back and enjoy the 30 minute non-stop Gatwick Express train ride into London Victoria Station. Once the train arrives into London Victoria you will be escorted by the Hotelink staff to the waiting shuttle bus above the station platform and transfered to your Hotel. The cost of the Gatwick Express train ticket is of course included in the Gatwick transfer price of £22.00. This is by far the quickest way of getting from Gatwick to Central London. The minibuses will only visit the hotels required
by passengers onboard in either direction thereby saving unnecessary
stops or delays. For the return journey, once you have reconfirmed
your collection time , a seat is reserved for you and the driver
will enter the hotel to assist with luggage.
